DAGAZ "BB" Homage Prototype by Jake B. "FANTASTIC"!!

Hi Everyone. Just picked this one up from Jake B. His prototype "BB" Homage that many of you might have seen through development here on WUS (before the thread was taken down).

Anyhow, I have been on Jake's site off and on, and one day, I saw that he had two of these prototypes available. According to Jake, he had some spare parts left over from his original prototype, so he built two extras.

Watch case is based upon the SKX007.

The dagaz dial POPS!!! Fantastic dial. Gold really shimmers, and their are raised indices. Have not tested the lume, but I am sure it is going to be great.

When I pulled it out of shipping watch box, it really attracted my eye.

In the pictures below I have put the watch on a "Gunny" or Peter Gun NATO strap, and I think it really looks well. In a way, it looks like a Red version of my MKII Seafighter (I have removed the comparison picture as I don't want the thread to be about picking one vs the other thread).

Anyhow, enough dribble. Onto the pictures:

the flake hands are very smart
the dial with gold accents looks very rich
and the red bezel is very bold but not over the top

the maratac bond nato with burgundy - black - and olive would work so well on that , i would even go 1 size smaller with a 20 mm width

Both look great...thanks for the nice comparison pics. Given the choice though, I agree with Charger02....gotta go with the Seafighter.
