Now that's more like it... hopefully a few more sneaky shots will materialise to keep us all going!!
Very nice!
Fidel has had the DWP for about a week now and I am pleased to report that he is more than happy with it and is extremely pleased with the overall result. There are a few items that need tweaking and we are already working on them in order to expedite the completion of this project. In fact, we expected there would be a few things that needed to be addressed. For some reason the lugs came polished instead of brushed. So to whomever first mentioned that from the first picture, good eyes. We need to tighten up the tolerance where the lugs meets the case. We'd like the case-back engraving to be deeper. And we think we can do better with the lume.
I hope to have more information as Fidel has a chance to delve into it a little deeper.
Here are some pictures.

That wrist shot looks fantastic. Thanks to everyone involved in this process. Can't wait!!![]()
Awesome!
This is going to be an instant classic... love it.
BREITLING Emergency Mission on PRO II
SEIKO SKX007K on WJean SO II
That is just simply amazing. It's identical to Fidels design. Brilliant!!!
Absolutely fantastic looking. I love the way the bezel overhangs the case, making it a truly functional bezel for wet or gloved hands.
Sometimes things like that are planned in the drawings but somehow lost when translated into steel.
BTW, sample watch 000/100 is so nice that, unless there is a reason not to, it would probably make a great fund-raiser to auction off for an appropriate charity. I'm sure some collector out there, who perhaps missed out on the initial offering, would love to both contribute to worthy cause and own an extremely rare and unique watch.
Just a thought.
Thanks again to everyone who made this possible.

I was thinking the same thing
Also, it looks like the bracelet links appear to be flatter than in the concept drawing, at least those next to the lungs?
And another nitpick - the digits in the date window seemed bigger in the drawing, or is it just the angle of the latest pics?
I'd also say the bezel is a bit more angular than the previous pictures - I actually like that.

very nice.......indeed
thanks for sharing
Guys...remember that those were conceptual CAD drawings and things sometimes have to change when making prototypes, molds for production, etc. Just because you envision something doesn't necessarily mean that it makes sense to manufacture it that way. Decisions have to be made and we need to trust those involved that they are being made for the right reasons.
Things like date wheels are standard on movements and custom ones just skyrocket the costs. Don't sweat it...it'll be a good watch when it's done.
