I got mine in March. I don't have a huge wrist. The bracelet is wide, but the isofrane really slims it up on the wrist. Its not tapered, though, but if you got something else that was tapered a little that would probably slim it up a little more.

The selling is the tough part! The buying is easy. Haha!

I bet you'll get them sold quick on here, though, so the pain will not linger. I know I'd be interested in your Laguna.

I assumed it was blue, but will be able to tell ya at the end of the month :) Jason said he'd send out Blue Laguna pics before shipping.

Tempted to pull the trigger on a Puck, but a little wary that full payment is due now when the watches aren't yet in-hand at Halios. No doubt their rep is good, but if a production delay has already thrown a monkey wrench into the works, whats to say that won't happen again? Would hate to plunk down that kind of coin now only to find end of June/early July slips into August, then September, etc.

I wasn't so sure about the color of the isofrane. It's hard to match the blue of the isofrane. I just hope that the blue of the Laguna is the same as the Puck. It really pops!

Let's all get a list of questions we have about the new models and then one of us can email them all to Jason.

    Here's a start:
    1. Will the Isofrane that comes with the blue Laguna be blue or black?
    2. Will the buckle on the Isofrane that comes with the DLC Puck be DLC, PVD, or SS (IN or RS as well, or a Halios buckle)?

You are making a mountain out of a mole hill. This happens all the time with plenty of manufacturers.

We are lucky that it's only 2 weeks.

2 weeks is nothing. Even the likes of Microsoft have had delays.

Jason is pretty consistent with delivery and he has too much too lose with hisreputationnto string us along. He has nothing to gain by doing so.

Yeah, not at all what I said. I don't know Jason from Adam, but from all I've heard, he's a straight-up A+ guy. However, the manufacturer could hold him up; through no fault of his own, and that's something he'd have little control over.

All due respect, but this ain't my first rodeo, despite my post count. Been doing this a long time. Never paid up front in full for a watch that wasn't ready to ship, and while I'm glad Halios is being up front about it, this is most definitely not a scenario that happens "all the time".

Probably best I shoot Jason a note direct and see if he can provide further details.

    Okidokily.....

You will see time and time and time and time again Jason's rep and cred is flawless.

Just search here and you'll see why.

    Good luck.

Philosophically and intellectually I can see how this makes sense. But I've had opportunities to purchase a Puck used on the forums for less and of course that's still an option for many now . . and later when some will inevitably flip. I've never purchased from Jason before but his rep is out there and stellar for all to see. For me, I want to give him a new sale as a gesture of my support for a micro watchmaker who's 1) listening to his customer base, and 2) busting hump day in and day out to get his cool & unique product out there. . . and if delays mean a month or two then I'm happy to wait -- that's my level of confidence in the man and the brand.

Ordered a stainless Puck -- I can and can't wait!
