Help with watch manufacturer Austin

I ran into this watch. The brand appears to be Austin and the model Premier. That is all I know. The watch appears to be very well constructed but I cannot find the manufacturer's website or any where that the watch is sold. Does know any additional information or where I could get some? I did find something that stated it may be a Gordon Jewelers watch. It is identical, other than color, to that Aquadive photo. Its a great watch. Runs strong
