However since you wanted opinions: if my wrist was that size I would not choose that size watch. Mine is 7.75 and while I owned a lot around that's size and still have a few that size, i found that my love for a huge watch didn't last very long, and now the remaining 45-47mm see very little wrist time.... I kinda "grew out of it" I guess.
Watch is sweet, wear and enjoy it until you tire of it, then flip it .
Big, but not gaudy big. I think it's just about right for a casual fun watch.
