Hi,
I decided to join this forum after browsing for a while. The knowledge around here seems to be vast.
I bought my first dive watch with my first proper pay check. The year was 1997 and the watch was a Citizen ProMaster with depth gauge. Back then it was the biggest M-F you could find... Not so anymore (though still big enough for me)!
As the years have gone by I've expanded my collection and now I own about 30 dive watches (but non of the icons; i.e. no Rolex, no Omega, no Blancpain etc.) I've also made the move from quartz to automatics. Further, I've become familiar (through this forum) with what seems to be known as micro or boutique brands and own a few of those.
About ten years after I bought my first dive watch I actually started diving (I had to, had'nt I?) and it was the best thing I ever did. So, all you desk divers out there, START DIVING!
I'll try to post pics of my divers in action and I'll be sure to ask a lot of questions...
Yours sincerely
