Just in time for this one. The Jaws Alsta Nautoscaph. New bracelet for this one arrived today. The correct polished 18mm Mach 1. It's actually very comfortable.

Tapatalk didn't upload properly, so here it is.
Check it out when the vid comes in: isn't the band curved on the watch in the movie?
Scott
That's what I though, but after seeing this one and comparing it to the screen caps, I'm convinced it was straight. The curve was just a reflection on the end pieces. As you know, the mach 1's came in curved or straight, polished, brushed and bark finish. Because it was polished, and shot in an outdoor scene, the bits that weren't reflecting light appeared curved.
The Blu-Ray should show a little more detail.
I'm still thinking it's curved, but we'll see:

Some other views. I think the curve of the "curved end" mach 1's is more drastic.
It's always fun to talk about this super-rare cat. Actuall having one and wearing it, you realize how much it owes to the Seamaster 300. It's a nice watch, on par with most of the microbrew divers of today, but without the Chinese cases.
I wish I could take it in the water.
