Just Ordered Today. Thoughts?

Placed an order earlier this afternoon for my first Oris Diver. Should be with me within 4-6 weeks. AD didn't have the one I wanted which I don't mind since I know it will be brand new direct from Oris. Also, that it wasn't a display model that many have tried on. I went with the blue which I found gorgeous. Overall, the quality and overall look of it I find perfect and that Oris is actually a great brand. Proud to know that I will own one. I went with the rubber instead of bracelet. Found the bracelet just to polished.

Oris makes excellent watches, you'll be impressed.
Their bracelets are top notch, though I agree the high polish is a pain.
I bought one from a guy that had the bracelet professionally brushed and it's a lot less hassle.

Very nice. I was going to get this watch in blue with the orange but I prefer to see the seconds hand with the nice sweep.

Oris makes a fine timepiece , they always seem to be backstage, when really they are quite the star worthy of a leading role.

Thank you. Yes the rubber is very high quality. I have an Omega rubber strap and I find the Oris is better. The placement of the date window is something that I preferred then all the other watches that have it at 3 o'clock.
