    I selected this because:

    1) It's similar to the 1171, which has folded links and not even solid construction (I believe) and it still fetches $300+ USED.

    2) It had the folded ends, which made it easy to shape and fit to the watch in under 20 minutes.

I can understand your reservations, though! It's not really the best technical diving bracelet.

Friction pins or screws on the Hadley Roma?

    Thanks.

Metal bracelet options for the BOREALIS ESTORIL 300 watch

Strapcode reform polished shark mesh with adjustable links.

Love it and the watch has (and probably will) spent most of its time on this mesh. That was my pre purchase guess and partly why I was willing to shell out a bit more for it.
Fits my 6.75" ish wrist perfectly with all links removed.

Great finish. No sharp edges. Solid feeling clasp. I opted for it due to the 316L steel as opposed to some cheaper (but probably just fine) steel options.

Had a quick peek and this particular version seemed to not be listed. Though there are lots of combos available: brushed or polished, adjustable or fixed, several clasp options.

It's on marathon spring bars for added security and cleaner look.

Just let me know if more pics or enough or needed.

    Don't forget the WUS discount!

    All these mesh look great!

Can anyone recommend one close in looks to the Omega mesh? I think its more of brushed finish with slightly flat top surface on the links.

Out of the box this DOES NOT FIT. It requires grinding with a Dremel tool or similar, approximately 1mm of material needs to be removed and you need to ensure you keep the radius in the end link centred and matching the curve of the Estoril case. Expect a couple of hours work to get it to fit.

The best looking non mesh option so far in my opinion

Re: Metal bracelet options for the BOREALIS ESTORIL 300 watch

I put a generic 20mm mesh on mine, available from any number of suppliers on ebay and Amazon, etc. I found the middle links touched the case slightly where the barcelet and case come close to one another so I took a very slight skim off the middle 4 links to make a slight curve with a Dremel. Just enough to give a tiny amount of clearance and not noticable when worn. You can see where I kissed the middle links with the grinder in the photo below:

Mesh was rounded on one side and had a flat finish on the other - just flip it over for what you prefer:

It had a standard fold over clasp but I swapped it out for a cheap ratchet extension clasp I already had - same quality as the fold over clasp that came with the mesh. It allows for wrist expansion as you heat up. Got it from Divers Security Clasp stainless steel 18 mm but at the moment they only seem to have it in the 18mm size.
