My new Serket Reef Diver 2.0.

I'm a huge fan of Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives with Guy Fieri. He has nice tool watches and this one always catches my eye. It's an amazing watch, the fit and finish of the case is good, sapphire crystal has some AR, the brushed/polished bezel is money and the rotor is relatively quiet. My only gripe is the end links on the SS strap. They don't fit the case that well and they should have continued the 3+2 alternating link pattern into the end links. Outside of that, I love the watch!

Slight problem, it has a damaged datewheel (which the seller fully disclosed) and the bottom half of #7 is missing. You never know how smaller watch companies are in terms of customer service but I'll find out soon enough. Hopefully I can order a datewheel from Brent at Serket and have my local watchsmith install it. I'll let you guys know how it turns out!

I have the Reef Diver and it had a problem with the crown not engaging properly so I couldn't set the time. Serket fixed the problem under warranty as the watch was under a year old, however, they had it for one month. If you send it to them, ask about turn around time. They are awesome watches with a unique look. Enjoy it.

I picked mine up pre-owned from a seller here. Although it's still under warranty I've been told it's not transferrable. I just need a datewheel so I can have my local watchsmith install it. Hopefully Brent@serket will sell me one.

I have always thought that one had a little Zodiac SSW influence in it which I really liked about it.. but I just can't get over the crown at 2 nor how big the crown is...

I've always liked the looks of that watch but it's so darn big. As for the end links, I have the same trouble with my Dievas Aqualuna: they never fit as snugly as I would like. Enjoy the watch.

Re: My new Serket Reef Diver 2.0.

I was the original owner of your Serket, number 012/200. The date wheel was in that condition when I received the watch and Brent was made aware of it. I was going to have it replaced during my first service of the watch but sold it prior. I really loved the watch and I believe you will find that it keeps excellent time. As you can tell the watch is in like new condition even though she got a lot of wrist time. The only reason I sold her was to fund my new Steinhart.

I like the way she looks on your SS bracelet. Here are a couple of photos showing how good she looked in leather and nylon. If you have any questions feel free to shoot me a PM.

Absolutely, the watch is in perfect condition and looks mint as far as I can tell.

Congrats on the watch. I love mine. Wish the lume on the hands matched the dial though. Heres mine with some other big ones. Wear it in good health.

    Regards,

    Ren
