    My new "Thor" strap!

Ok, so I came up w/ the name b/c it reminds me something a brawny Viking would strap on, like a cuff band. The band is inspired by part cuff, part bund, I call it a "demi-bund" strap. I had my buddy Pacostagli custom make this for the dimensions of my Helson Bronzo SD & my 7.25" wrist. I picked the leather & thread, which I think complements the bronzo handsomely. Paul is an awesome strapmaker, very fair, fast and professional. I am not at all affiliated w/ his business, just a happy camper : ) BTW, also I have to give credit to WC Bartlett, for having awesome taste in watches & straps, he gave me the idea.

The color looks great with the bronze!!
Are there a reason for both pads under the strap or the look?

Real nice cherry oak color straps. Would love to get me the same color on a 24mm. Do tell how I can get in touch with the maker. Thx.

I am not really a fan of Bronze watches but the combination of that strap with the watch is down right beautiful, congrats on a fantastic design and flawless execution.

As a previous member asked, I really don't know what the original purpose, if any, of the bund design. The wider pieces do make the strap comfortable to wear. I guess it's just more or less, stylistic. This reminds me of a leatherized GASGASBONES strap. Thanks for the comps guys!
