My vote goes for the Irreantum Magellan. Killer lume and solid construction. Very DOXA-like. Best bezel of any diver I have ever owned. I only owned the black dial version, but lusted after the orange one. Last I checked they were selling in the $500 range. Might be able to pick up a pre-owned version in the $400 range. Black and blue dials are pretty common. You might have to wait for an orange one to show up on the sales forum.

I'd go Armida A1 dome. Killer watch all around.

I have the orange Armida A1 with the black bezel and their choice of orange is the best I have seen in person.

Not to sway you into buying the one I have for sale, but the orange dial Zixen Mechanik really is an awesome watch. If I didn't have a burning desire to buy a Seiko SBDX001, my orange dial Mechanik wouldn't be up for sale right now.

Can't go wrong with a monster. Picked mine up on the Sales Forum with Bracelet and Rubber for 130.00. Then had it Modded.

The Zixen DSR1000s homage a classic F-L design, are dinner-plate large (not really, but W44mm x H16mm), and very orange. Right now they're on sale at 795USD if your budget will stretch a bit. I don't wear mine much, but when I do it almost always gets comments.

*sorry, just noticed on the Zixen site that the orange is sold out*
