I'm withholding final judgement until I see pictures with the ISO rubber, which is about the thickest rubber strap you can get as I understand. The main reason I sold my BS was the only strap that looked right (to me), and hid the gap was a Nato. I also like to have a rubber option with dive watches. Not a fan leather straps anyway, and it's not very useful on a diver imo.

is not about thickness... actually the iso has the holes very close to the ends, the gap will be noticed even more

True, The ISO strap is a thick rubber strap but not at the lug holes.

I will have a few pics of the watch on an Isofrane. I'll see if I can get them posted later today.

Will you confirm the thickness? The Baltic Shield i had stated 13.5mm but was actually 15.5 to the top of the domed glass.

This is an easy wearing watch that reminds me a lot of the SKX007 in terms of wrist feel.

I really like the look of this piece... But I have to agree about the end lug gap. I understand a manufacturer wanting to allow for other straps but this would look so good on the shark mesh if the gap didn't immediately draw your eye to it...

Sorry, I can't confirm, the watch has already been returned back to Todd. I had the gray dial Baltic Shield and the dimensions of the two watches seemed identical to me in the hand / on the wrist.
