    I've also opted out but I give credit to Hexa for there professional handling and frequent transparent updates through all the trials and tribulations of releasing a new model. I have seen others in similar situations of late being more defensive, less transparent, and reacting more negatively regarding changes and questions asked. Good luck and will definitely consider further models down the line.

    I hope you don't mind me asking this - if it has been discussed somewhere else at length I'm sorry, couldn't find it.

    Why are there straight end-links on the bracelet instead of fitted ones? :)

    To be fair, the gap seems really small but I'm just curious.

    Thanks for your question. We made a conscious decision to design the case straight to accommodate a wider variety of straps and bracelets. The drilled lugs on the K500 are another nice feature for easy swaps when the mood strikes.
