nice to see some watches getting sent out, lord knows how hard a road it has been for him: it'd make a good business school case study regarding the trials and tribulations of a start-up company.

I have a 5517 inbound from Dan as we speak. I was on the list, but a buyer backed out and viola. Hoping it's here for the weekend.

    Great photos!

I too have been admiring the OWC snowflake and hope to buy one at the next release.
I'm especially looking forward to the date option.
Does anybody have the Soprod A-10 movement option? Is it worth the extra $300 or so?

    Omega Seamaster 300 M Chronometer 2531.80.00
    Omega Speedmaster Professional 3570.50.00
    DOXA SUB 1200T Professional
    Squale 50 Atmos 1521-026/A
    Sinn U1000 S (EZM 6)
    Yobokies Albacore

    On the chopping block:
    TAG Heuer 2000 972.006 (1990)

Yes $300 more for A-10 is a good deal, considering that it is said to be much better than 2892.

The closest comparable watch to the OWC powered by the A-10 is the Aegir CD-2, which costs $1926 AUD.

Since the next release is in October, I'm debating whether I should switch from ST-18 to A-10 since I already have a 2892-based watch.

I have the 5517 with Soprod and it's an amazing watch. Dan moved heaven and earth for me to get the crystal AR-coated (both sides) and the results is just amazing to look at.

Timekeeping has been very solid and within 2 seconds per day. Winds more smoothly than the 2892 in my RGM 151P.

Latest bracelet is much improved too. Overall, I reach for this one when I need a dressy/versatile watch.

    Very smart!
I've really got the OWC bug now!

I just emailed Dan and told him he needs to put your pictures on his website. That watch really sells itself! I'm definitely going with the Blue/Blue snowflake, and I'm certainly wanting one with a date. I really love the white markings against the blue dial. Thanks for posting up your pictures!

Where can I get in line? These look like marathons and I have been hunting one of those. One of these will do as long as I can get a NATO strap on it.

OMG, OWC! I have on order a MS-9401, the snowflake with blue bezel. I chose the black dial. I've never seen this color combination so I hope it works out! I also chose the Seagull movement. It looks like a lot of watch for the money, and Dan's recent email update was very exciting. I'll be patient...somehow. Thanks for the pics!
