I received my email, followed the link, but my order won't go through.... I tried it twice. Emailed Jason for assistance.

I filled in all the info but the order form asks for a dollar amount, it says $0.00 but it is not a live box that lets me enter an amount?????

Demo, seems like you also missed the shipping button on the main buying page. Did you select USA before clicking the buy button ?

It sounds like the chosen few have already gotten their emails, and I assume I shouldn't bother placing an order since I wasn't selected?

It would be best to wait until you receive confirmation from Jason. He'll get you on a list soon enough.
