DDD, I don't suppose you know the approximate lug to lug size of your 2811? It's not listed anywhere that I can tell and my wrist is only 6.5" so I can't really handle a too big watch. The case size is stated at 45mm and I'm hoping that includes the crown.

I have the 2811 and really like it. Had it for approx five years and it's the only watch that's survived my "flip-itis" and I doubt I will ever sell. It's so comfortable, looks great on many straps, great lume and legibility. I think the price is closer to 400usd from the Japan big 3. I suspect that's mostly due to the yen/dollar as the watch was approx 260usd when I bought it new in '05.
