    Thumbs Up Positive Feedback - great job to Benarus and Steve

    I like the idea of putting up positive as well as negative feedback - when it is deserved. Ordered the last Ti 47 Moray plain bezel from Steve at around 2 pm my (Australian EST) time on Monday. In Kansas (-15 hrs) that makes the time around 11pm on a Sunday night. Not only did he send me an email within minutes, but we were able to have an email conversation about my shipping concerns. Probably finished round 1 or 2 am his time.

    If that isn't going above and beyond to help out a customer, I don't know what is. Asside from the great watches they make, Benarus deserve success if only because of Steve's efforts. This is my thrid Benarus, and that focus on customer service impresses me hugely.

    Fantastic work. Need I say more.....

    I'd like second Steve's attention to detail, and excellent communication

    I've been exchanging emails on a Remora, he always answers quickly & in a friendly fashion. His dedication to CS is commendable, and I love the Benarus style

    The benarus Team is probably on of the top five when it comes to customer support and communication, as well as design and quality.

    I will echo all of the above. Steve is a stellar guy, and his watches are top notch in my book.
    Can’t wait to see some pics once your new Benarus arrives.

    John, I wondered who beat me to the punch. I saw the Ti 47 Moray plain bezel during the late evening and decided to order it the following day. Well, much to my disappointment it was no longer available. Congrats. Timing is everything. The plain bezel and red second hand are nice touches to a handsome watch.
