The watch meets "Swiss Made" requirements, but that does not mean that that case was made in Switzerland. To my knowledge, Prometheus has always used Asian-sourced cases, and given the price point I would assume this one is no different. It is not claimed to be Swiss on the Prometheus site.

Alright, I correct myself. It's swiss made @watch@, but not sure the case =P
And I though at this price point, we have many swiss made watch selection, such as ZENO

I don't think there are many watches at the ~$500 price point with Swiss (or German) made cases. I very much doubt that ZENO's cases are Swiss, either. To be considered Swiss Made, only 50% of the movement needs to be Swiss but practically every other part can be sourced from other countries. Not that there's anything wrong with that, as there are plenty of great brands with very high quality Asian cases. But those companies who go to the significant added expense of having the cases produced in Europe will advertise that fact, as they well should. If there is no specific mention of case origin, it's safe to assume that it's not European. I personally couldn't care less where the case comes from so I don't spend much time worrying about it.
    ky70 and vokotin like this.
