Cool Say hello to my new BUD (Big Ugly Diver)!

So basically I have been so disgusted seeing these big, thick, ticking, no soul, out of proportion, clunky, spaceship-lookin' things for so long...that I had to have one

My new to me SS ecozilla, and it's all it's cracked up to be. I love it. Came with the Suppa adapters, but I don't have any 24mm straps (zulu inbound though), so for now on the stock strap, which I have to say is impressive to me. Love all the steel hardware on it.

Watch itself is a great combination of finishing and what I can only call industrial presence. I got a good one on which everything lines up (bezel, chapter ring etc.) and even the second hand hits the marks going round (not a big deal to me, but nice to have). More comfortable and less heavy than I imagined this watch could be.

Anyway, this is the first of these I've even ever seen in the steel, let alone owned and worn. It's a beauty of a beast. I get it now. Thanks for making me get one of these all you ba$%&rds who came before me!

Here are some pics. About a 7.5" wrist if you're wondering. If anyone has any cool strap suggestions (any material) feel free to suggest/post em up

    Cheers,

It looks like it indeed has some gravitational pull associated to that massive beast. :) I haven't had the opportunity to handle one, but nevertheless, I have always been drawn to the zilla. I too, do not discriminate, and enjoy the soulless ticking of a quartz every now and then. Congrats, it looks great on you!

Wow. It's massive indeed, looks huge even on your 7 1/2" wrist! I was gonna try one but I think it might eat my 7" wrist in one bite
Actually I think it looks cool and it'll be even better with the adapter and a nice strap... Thinking orange Isofrane ?
    Any Zulu will work too

Now time for some adapters and you can experiment with straps/bracelets!!! Loads more comfortable than the stock rubber.

That's a great watch, but it will swallow up a wrist. I found the plastic strap on the ecozilla to be painful to wear. My suggestion would be to get some suppas or walts and call it a day. You'll likely love the watch even more with a nicer strap.

My first diver when caught the buzz a few years ago, hence the sig. Wore mine on a Hirsch Extreme to continue the big and bad theme. Now you're gonna want an Autozilla.
