I took a hiatus from this forum, but your help is needed...
Im in the market for a new diver. Heres what I want in it:
22+ lug width
automatic or quartz
So, now that I've described 99% of divers on the market, lets be a little more specific.
I'm a diver. I need a dive watch that was purpose built, as some like to call it, a tool. please keep in mind that I will be using this watch in an out of the water and not looking for a dress watch with "200m resist" written on the dial.
I own plenty Seiko products. Looking for a little bit of an upgrade, But I agree, great divers.
I don't want a Citizen or an Orient. My opinion is my own, and IMO they are not good divers. (except aqualands, great but not my taste).
I've dabbled with a Victorinox 500. For the record, IMO one of the best tools out there, but don't want one
I'm not looking for an expensive diver. Lets say under $500. Its hard for me to justify the price if its going to get lost or broken in a few years. Also, at my age (20) a nice expensive watch looks a little pretentious.
In addition, I loved the Artego 300m, but I lost it within a week. Oh well. I also had a thing for the bali hai quartz gmt...
Hopefully there's something out there for me!
Thanks in advance!!!
