    Show me your Olympic Divers/Watches!

Hi, I'm in the olympic spirit and I was hoping we could get a thread of some olympic watches, and divers especially if they are out there. I know Omega has their line, and they also made a version of the Chronostop for the 1968 games. If anyone has any Olympic themed watches, please show them! Longines, Swatches or Russian watches, it would be awesome to see them. I hope everyone is enjoying watching their country's athletes.

Here's one I own. The Omega Chrono Quartz. This was designed by Omega to commemorate the 1976 Olympics, and they based it on the style of the Olympic scoreboard at the games.

The interesting fact about the 1976 Olympic scoreboard Omega made though is that they had not anticipated anyone actually achieving a "perfect 10" score, and so when Nadia Comaneci did just that in the gymnastics, the scoreboard could only display the score as 1.00 (as the decimal point was in the wrong place!)

Great, very interesting. I'll post the pics of my Beijing Swatch (pretty weird, but I received it as a present when my father went to China) and my Chronostop when I get my camera back tomorrow. Has anyone been influenced by all of the Omega commercials they keep showing? Those Chronos with the Retro Red Omega are very cool.

I caught sight last night of Bob Bowman, Michael Phelps's coach, wearing a Planet Ocean on rubber strap. I know Phelps is an Omega ambassador. Typical WIS, I was scoping out sports watches on coaches...

Having spent most of my career in marketing/advertising, I'd also love to see - in addition to Omega, Rolex, Breitling, etc - some of the "promo" watches that are being sold for a few bucks, or given away, by corporate chains like McDonalds, Arby's, gas companies, banks, etc.
