    Wowwwwww… this is quite a thread - so many objects of desire in there! You guys have the most amazing, interesting, beautiful pieces. Congrats…

    Here is a modest contribution - both coming from my Dad, who bought them new, back in the days:

    A Bulova like the one already posted, on its original mesh:





    And my Dad's faithful Rolex (does anyone know the approximative age of this one? I think it's from the early 60s or late 50s but I'm not sure… and my Dad is unfortunately not here anymore to tell me…)
