    Strange moving second Citizen diver

    Hi, ive posted an youtube movie of my Seiko skx009.
    In this little review I compared it with my citizen dive watch.

    The second isn't moving every second but every 2 seconds.

    Strange, it still keeps time right.

    what is the reason? battery low?

    probably the low battery indicator. I've seen that same thing on several quartz watches
