It'll wear better on strap. I'll probably never use the bracelet

I must respectively beg to differ. It'll wear BEST on a hollow end links (Yeah, I know - "Boo-Hiss") 93150/Oyster-style TAPERED bracelet; but then, I just can't seem to "become" a Strap Guy...

    Ok
My experience is that flat cases or those with thick case backs end up wearing better with a strap as it helps control the watch head better usually, have it sit flatter in the wrist without wobble or gap at one end. Not necessarily aesthetically speaking, I am a strap guy but that's subjective.

    Re: Tactico TC2 Expedition

As I remember from my former TC2, the watch wears smaller than the case size suggests.
On the wrist it looks more like a 40mm watch. It sure looked smaller than my Steinhart Ocean One.

Another solution for the people concerned with this L2L is to wear it on a mesh bracelet.

    That's because it's 40mm at the bezel.

I wonder if the crystal used on THIS TC2 Expedition is more "domed" than on the previous iteration...

That's my hope, and why it surprised me that I missed that in the specs. Definitely a nice upgrade from the original!

They're also making a new watch with the next generation Eterna Caliber 39 for a Spanish forum. They've made some great watches, no doubt. It's just too bad they didn't own up to the Anko debacle.

On a side note, it sounds like the movement holder was improperly spec'd, and the factory forged ahead despite what must have been an obvious problem. Did anyone here get any feedback or pictures from a watchmaker that actually took an Anko apart to determine the precise cause of the problems?
Hi;I,m one of three moderators of Galerna´s proyect, and I would like to clarify something:

The Galerna project will not be made by Crepas-Tactico

The Galerna project will be manufactured by Unity, with European standards, with the manufacture, finishing and assembly between Barcelona and Switzerland

    Regards

Yes, thanks for clearing that up. That was me just being confused and overwhelmed by the number of small brands in our WIS world...doh.

Now, can someone please put the Calibre 39 in a 40mm watch!
