The subject watch will probably be fine, but why reward bad behavior?

The dial of this one looks really nice. Honestly, if I had not involved myself with the anko, I'd probably jump on it. Still might if I look at it too much...

    Re: Tactico TC2 Expedition

I'm out of this purchase of the TC2 specifically because of the Anko debacle. But the high probability is that they won't make the same mistake twice and the TC2 will be fine. But I'm personally not the type to reward failure with a new purchase. Now if they had owned up to the problem and tried to make ammends this would be a different story. Integrity counts. Unless you consider the goofy yellow sunglasses offer a sign of making ammends.

But as i said before if you are considering the TC2, I think you are safe to expect a quality product without glaring QC issues.

Edit: taike beat me to it with far fewer words.

Lol. They sent me blue ones with my partially "fixed" anko. For some reason, that cheap token pissed me off even more.

That's what I saw in the video.

If I had pre-ordered and waited for the Anko, only to be slapped with what you guys have described I wouldn't be in on the new TC2 either. That is absolutely understandable. I do not anticipate the same problem with my first time purchase from them. If something serious does go wrong, we'll see soon enough if any lessons have been learned.

Maybe they should have sent some genuine Maui Jim's after all that grief.

Now, can someone please put the Calibre 39 in a 40mm watch!
It´s a big calibre, with current design,;for current desing´s watch, so that the date is not left in a very central area

    Do you like 39XX?

I do prefer pre-Oakley-buy-out Revo much better though:
