I be careful because it seems like they still are not addressing the problem that they had in the past

This won't be an issue with this watch, they have made this watch before. This one just has some updates, mainly to the dial and new bracelet.

Even the mighty god Rolex is not "immune" from problems - and I'm talking problems for which there are NO solutions, just "workarounds". Do a Google Search on "Rolex - Minute Hand Slack" - my '07 Submariner #14060 used to drive me CRAZY!

    Re: Tactico TC2 Expedition

I agree an adequate movement holder is pretty basic. If Timex can do it, a micro brand can do it. I owned 2 Crepas, but flipped both. Just wasn't feelin' it . The Tactico TC2 is another thing. I love the Kontiki so much, I'd take my chances on QC.

One question is do have about new Expedition model - are the indices really that orange or is it played up with the lighting? I really want one, but would prefer a vintage creamy vibe on the indices.

The new model looks similar in coloration to the TC2. Anybody have a comment on coloration on your TC2 in real life.
