Is this Vintage Orient King Diver Diver worth it?

I don't know why, but I' want to get myself a nice little "vintage" retro dive watch; it would be my first. And I found this one on eBay that, to my inexperienced eyes, fits the bill nicely. I love the dial colors and layout and the shape of the case. I think it would look cool on a leather band. If I get it I'd definitely wear it, not just keep it on a shelf and admire it, so I'm looking for functionality as well as retro visual appeal. The seller wants US$270 for it. Not a huge amount, but still not throw-away money either. Any opinions on the watch itself, the price, or the seller?

There are a lot of variants out there.. I paid $175 for my King Diver and then put it on an Olongapo bracelet. If you like it its IMHO a Little high. IF the buyer states working and keeping time as per eBay protection ya have 45 days to check it out
Mine has been ticking right along for 2 years. Tooo old to get wet though
