    not another "which one" question.

hi guys, sorry noob to panerai. but what is the difference between all these similar looking panerai's? 0005, 0183, 0111, 0176, 0048, 0177, etc... is it the year they are made or based on differences of the movements? is it the dial and how the lum is applied? to my untrained eye they look like i can close my eyes and just pick one... sorry if it's been answered before.

    thanks!

If you read up and appreciate Panerai, you'll see the differences. I certainly didn't at first, now I walk into ADs and know the numbers when the workers don't!
If only I had more arms... and deeper pockets!

that was just a basic info for starters, do more research on panerai websites, and ebay, then your curiosity will turn into an addiction. You have been forewarned.
