i like the Case & Dial but wouldn't use both Orange and Yellow Collors. makes it too Busy.
either Color alone would make it look much nicer (IMO)..

The yellow was to indicate lume colour.
I understand it's a bit confusing. Now it's more uniform. Also tried a brushed look.

I like the yellow and the orange colors. The oval markers on the face dial are a well thought-out design. The Bezel needs some work though. The "keystone" features at the hour marks makes the watch case too busy. Use a regular dial from a submariner and a round case. The 80 degree angles on the case are a bit distracting and do not match the bezel angles. Again, a feature a round case would solve.

I know the following will be considered a heresy, but I a red colored second hand would be nice. It would look a little eccentric, I know. But nice nonetheless. IMHO.
