    any insight about junkers?

hello, everyone! i'm looking for a bauhaus-esque watch for regular wear. i like the junghans max bill chronoscope, but it is out of my price range. the bethge & sohne humboldt 1's sporty look is appealing (though its more portuguese than bauhaus), but out of my price range as well. the junkers bauhaus is sporty and at the low end of my price range. i just don't know much about the brand and can't find any reviews on the watch or the company. does anybody have experience with junkers? at $379 usd, is it worth the money, or should i hold out and save for the junghans or bethge & sohne? any other recommendations are welcome!

no i haven't seen that link and thanks sharing it. however, it doesn't give me any information about the quality of junkers, but rather wus members debating what constitutes as bauhaus design.

In the surrounding of Munich there is a S+P Media AG, Schyrenplatz 3, 85298 Scheyern. They are named the owners of the Junkers' homepage: Junkers-Uhren.de » Impressum

But for sales and service they point out to: Imprint
As far as I know, Pointtec electronic GmbH bought the rights for marketing watches with the brands "Junkers" and "Zeppelin" from the families Junkers and Zeppelin. Those names are still famous in Germany for having been outstanding flight pioneers.

Pointtec writes that the watches are assembled in Thuringia with Ruhla, formerly one of the big watch companies in GDR.

I can't judge the watches's quality since I never saw one in the steel - but I don't want any, IMHO,

Search for "junkers" in the German and Russian forums, there's plenty of info on the brand? Pretty much anything said for Zeppelin also goes for Junkers.
