Default Tutima 300-DI help!

I just lost one of the small screws that holds the lug tube on my 300-DI. Does anyone have an extra screw or set of tubes w/screws that they are willing to part with? Does anyone know where I can purchase them? My watch is out of action until a replacement can be located...Help!
