Well nothing is for sure with Leonovīs Strela as there is no proof that he wore it outside his suit
If he wore it inside the suit itīs like wearin it on your couch as the suit is pressurized and the watch has no harsh environment to withstand, additionally it is useless as he canīt read it
But i have to admit i had the reissue of the Strela. Nice watch.

BTW, is your mesh bracelet a vintage Breitling one ?

No itīs a newer one. But it fits nicely and did cost a fraction

I do like that mesh in itself, but I still have a problem with the "pin-tubes" between the lugs.
I think the vintage B mesh was "hugging" around the case, looking more smooth... but difficult to find out now !

i like the tube ends of a mesh more as the integrated ends. It shows better where the bracelet ends and the watch begins.
