Let me preface this post by saying that this is not a rant or smack against Damasko but more of an inquiry.
I contacted them to order some straps (NATO, leather) including 3 sets of spring bars and the tool. Call me crazy but I do my best to support the manufacturer directly. Let me also add I am in Canada so this order was fairly expensive for what I am getting (hopefully)
After asking for an invoice I was provided with a quote that included an extra PayPal charge. Ok fine. So I paid the full "quote" amount through PayPal in Euros.
Next day I am informed I owe another 5.69 Euros. Hmm. Ok fine I send that as well with a couple of sentences regarding why there was more being asked for then what was on the quote. Since that day (over 5 days) I have not heard anything. No tracking number # or confirmation of funds received. I followed up with 2 gently worded emails asking about status and still nothing.
Is this the usual way ordering goes? Again not a rant but more of a question on order processing with them.
