What do you know about the movement? It look like a fairly standard dress watch with date.
I can't find pictures of the 1370 on the .net... These were from the early Omega in-house made quartz movements I believe. They are highly jeweled and are quite collectable if I am correct. I hope I have one but my lists are on another computer... With the trimmer capacitor and a quartz timing machine, these can be made quite accurate for a given temperature. And they seem to have withstood the test of time regarding reliability.
Nice find! 20 micron gold plating I assume. Plating this thick seems not to brass very easily (but they are NOT as good as early American rolled gold plated watches).

"The watch has to be surrounded by a history. You need more than just a great design. You need to create an atmosphere around the product.
Who is the company behind it? Why are they using this material?
People need to be able to identify the watch with themselves. It's based on emotion." - Ralph Furter
If it is of interest, here is some information on the accuracy specifications of this model (from the Omega Technical Guide for calibre 1370):
- Variation during wear: Better than +/- 5 seconds per month
- Thermic coefficient (sic): 0.1 second/day for a variation of +/- 5 Degrees C
The trimmer capacitor is specified as having an adjustment range of +/- 1 second per day - but sometimes a fixed capacitor was fitted during production...
Nice vintage.. love those old Omegas.

I found this one on another forum for sale.. . Only one little different and that is that this Omega has a another crown on it with no Omega sign on it.

we really do not do valuations here, more interested in movements. Why would you want to sell it?
I do like its looks, probably 1978-79. Haven't ever seen the movement before.
