Seiko 7T62

I have had a Seiko SNAB19 with the 7T62 movement since last December. I'm very happy with the watch and get a lot of compliments on the look. The manual rates it at + or - 15 sec per month. My last check showed it +3 after two weeks.

I'm curious where this movement fit into the realm of HEQ.

It's just a standard quartz as far as HEQ goes, but my experience with Seiko is that they are always well within their published standards.
