Daring Las Vegas Jewelry Store Robbery

On Sunday, Feb. 12th, the Ben Bridge store in the Galleria Mall in Henderson, NV, a Las Vegas suburb, was robbed by three masked men. They entered quickly, smashed several cases with hammers and removed items. I have been in that store and I believe that one of the cases they hit contained watches, possibly Rolex and other high end brands. One thing to note, is that the papers and boxes are in the back rooms, not in the cases. Fortunately no one was injured, the robbers are still at large.

Yeah that's right around the corner from my neighborhood. Interesting how they got away with this by the way the Galleria is laid out. Plus...you run right past the Rolex AD to get to Ben Bridge!

If I was going to commit a crime this would NOT be it. I would think they have more cameras around the mall that could get a shot of their face, maybe the car they drove in and out on. How much money are they really going to make selling some stolen jewelry? If you're going to risk going to jail it would need to be for millions! I'm glad no one was hurt.

Ben Bridge is also a Rolex AD, one of the larger ones in the USA. They also display Tag, Tissot and some others.

If I was caught in a robbery scene in a jewellery store, not held hostage but just a customer. I hope te robbers just take what they want from the store by from us customers. I would probably run to some watch counter and get some watches of myself hahaha.
