Can you help me locate my missing platimum fortis watch,posted to fortis uhren for repair,signed for by employee cosimo chiera,at fortis watch,This watch has vanished and fortis say they dont have it.once presented with the evidence now they do not reply to emails or letters,great service for a 16000 euro watch.Any ideas welcome
