I don't have a screen shot, but there is a scene in the movie, Independence Day where Harry Connick Jr. is talking to Will Smith in a locker room, and he (Harry) appears to be wearing what looks like a DW-6900...
on this 2001 film (imdb) we can see the pilot who was shot down wearing what looks like a g-shock.
(i paused the movie to post this, so i might come across some other shots...)

on the third episode of hunting chris ryan, this shows up:
One kid in Independence Day movie just as alien came in world that one kid from trailer was wearing an 5600 g-shock.
Matthew Broderick in the 1987 movie, Project X, appears to be wearing a 5600 series G-Shock throughout the film. Which would make sense since he plays a part where he is in the US Air Force...

Saw the movie/comedy "Hot Fuzz" last night. One of the actors (Nick Frost) was wearing what appears to be some kind of G-Shock.
