How to change signature picture on this forum!!!???

I've been trying for an hour to change my signature picture. My current one is 985 x 256 pixels. My new one I've tried in numerous sizes ranging from the same, down to 500 x 124. When pressing the 'upload' button, it goes through the motions, but it doesn't upload. Just leaves my exsiting signature as is, despite me ticking the box to delete it.

What am I doing wrong, and what is the size limit you are allowed??

Note: The maximum size of your custom image is 500 by 100 pixels or 19.5 KB (whichever is smaller).

are you sure you are within the limits?
another idea- maybe your browser shows you your old signature from its' cache. try ctrl + f5 to clear cache

Cache is clear - that's why I'm confused about the 'limit', my current signature is almost twice the limit, yet was accepted with no trouble. I just can't change the darn thing!!

i tried to add my own signature. everything worked fine, even the preview panel in my settings menu shows the signature- but my posts in the forum dont have the signature attached. weird.

You need to press the button that says - 'add picture to signature'

What browser are you using when uploading pic? Try also to used other browser installed in your pc.

It's alright mate, WUS forum was having a technical hissy fit at the time I was trying to do it, my procedure was correc t- all sorted long ago!
