My new Dawn Black Frogman!!!

Wow, what an awesome Wed. it's been!! (for this, and no other reason!) Got my new GW-225A 25th anniversary Dawn Black Frogman in the mail today. I'm really liking it!! It's a great looking watch, IMO. And it's significantly smaller than my GF-1000BP Froggie, so it fits the wrist better. Plus it has some awesome functions in the module. And yeah, I paid a pretty penny for it -- but it's worth it!!!

Very nice.
For some reason, the Frogman gigantic size works even for small wrists like mine. I've also owned the bigger GWF-1000B and it worked, too.

there's a lot of these out there. after the japan release they actually made their way to amazon us. i remember lots of WUS got for under $250. it's a great watch with gold case but i wouldn't spend more than 300. thanks for the pics T4P

Excellent choice, thinking of getting one just like it. If its no secret, did you buy a brand new one with tags or slightly used / worn and what sort of price should be considered a reasonable for an unused example?

I'm actually in the process of making a black dawn out of a glorious gold I bought. It's the closest thing to the dawn black with all the gold in all the right places. Is there any difference between the 2 besides the bezels and bands?

Nice, i'm changing direction on my collection and going to collect purely frogs! This is definitely on my List. I just love frogs and i have the MIBR and the BS (love the 1000 series frogs)
