RUSSIAN WATCH - Cber - HELP REQUESTED

I've just been given a Russian watch. On the dial is the makers name cber (in joined -up letters) and underneath that are the letters EYN. Underneath the 6 are the letters CAENAHO B CCCP and on the back of the case are the letters NPOTNBOYAPHbIE.

It runs ok except that it gains an hour every 12. I'd appreciate it if someone could give me more information about this watch - it's age, value etc. I need to know if it is worth getting repaired.

I've searched all the obvious places (google etc) and nowhere can I find 'cber'.
