Wink Planet Ocean, COSC and GPS.

    Hey,

I thought I would show some photos of my new 42mm Planet Ocean. The photos are not the best quality as they were taken with my 3.0 mp cell phone camera, but they are my first photos and were taken on my 3rd day of ownership. The watch was ordered in from Switzerland for me as my chosen AD had none of this model left in stock and there were also none at the supply warehouse in Australia. I was quite pleased about this as I was the first person to remove the watch from its factory plastic casing and had not been handled at the AD or been on display and this would also guarantee a fresh example.

Ps, Since I originally compiled this post on 29th of August 2009 I have attached a copy of the COSC documentation for my Planet Ocean which I received by registered mail from Omega on the 9th of October 2009 and have included this in my photos as well.

A few weeks ago on here.there was a post..asking which wrist..then one picture showed a gentleman with his selves pulled back and 5 watches on each wrist. I knew he was right ! I was NOT alone ! Only 2 for me..but
    I am not crazy..as least I don't think so.

    Hello,

    Thanks for your comments.

Just to clarify, the watch was ordered in from Switzerland for me (not by me) by the Authorized Dealer as they were out of stock of this particular model. As I live in New Zealand the nearest holding warehouse for Omega is in Australia and they also ran out of this particular model so I had no option but to wait for the next shipment from Switzerland to arrive.
I hope this as cleared any misinterpretation and has answered your question.

    Thanks,

    Six 13.

    Greetings from Tauranga

Congrats on a stunning watch, clearly you have good taste. I had my PO ordered via an AD in Auckland also, they had one in stock which was on display and bearing the odd tiny scratch from customer handling, I asked for a fresh new one, they ordered it direct from Bienne, it too came with the factory seals all minty fresh.

I've had mine for a year and it still gives me the warm fuzzies!
