Help me ID this vintage Vostok??

Hi guys, this is my first post here, but I am a long time stalker! My first Komandirski is on it's way but that hasn't stopped me from looking at more lol Lately I have been contemplating pulling the trigger on a vintage Vostok piece as well. While wasting time on the Bay, I came across this piece and instantly was intrigued:

I scroll through a lot of the pages on this sub, but can't recall seeing something just like this. Anyone have any info they could share on this watch?

It appears to be a model 291175.

Here is a scan of the 1990 Vostok catalog (top left corner), I cannot find another reference to it earlier than that, perhaps other members can find one.

Very interesting. Thanks for that. Even with that information and some more Google searches and I'm still not turning up with lots of info...
The seller did have this photo of the case back:

Assuming it's original, might this help anyone identify anything about this model?

Unfortunately there's not really much more of interest about that particular model.

The case back you have shown is from an unknown model watch and it commemorates the 1980 Summer Olympics that were held in Moscow, but it doesn't belong to the watch it is fitted to, which makes it a "Franken" watch.

Other than letting you know that it contains a 2414A manual wind Vostok movement there really is no more to learn, as this particular model has no historical significance or interesting anecdotes that I know of.

Well it is unfortunate the model holds little significance. I was fascinated by it because I have not seen many - or any - just like it.
Now knowing it's a Frankenstok takes it off my radar. Thanks for your help @mariomart!
