Need help identifying this vintage russian pocket watch

Hi. I have a pocket watch that my dad picked up while on a business trip to Pakistan or Uzbekistan I forget which, and he got a really cool pocket watch for me. All I know is that it is russian since it has CCCP logo on it. The brand I think says "MARHUR" pocket watch and I got a few hits, but none really looked like mine. It is a mechanical wound pocket watch. Does anone know the movement that this watch uses and can you ever over-wind this thing? Also a rough time period of when this was made would be nice and if possible, a price range for this. I think this case is made of nickel since my hand has that horrible dusty stench after picking it up for a few seconds. The back has a beautiful engraving of a pair of wolves in a forest.

    Thanks everyone for your time!

This is a Molnia Pocket watch made by the Chelyabinsk Watch Factory, the movement is normally a 3603 (i.e. 36mm, subsecond and shock protection).
It is extremely widespread, was available in the West too although often with a latin spelling Molnia or Molnija.
Those movements have been build into wristwatches too, lately.
Some sport a closure or lid, other don't.
