Raketa Kopernik - Black or Grey?

    Hi all,

Have been on the lookout for a Raketa Kopernik for a little while (my first Russian), and have spotted these two contenders. What’re your opinions on their originality and which one looks better in the flesh?

They both look real enough to me, but others might know better. I've seen and handled both versions in real life and on the wrist. They each have their own style. The black is more subdued and looks a little smaller. The silver looks a lot more flash, especially on a mesh strap. They both stand out from the crowd.

Which has the best “eclipse” effect? Its the unique handset that really interests me, and the idea behind them

Can you add aide shots? Grey one probably has a wrong winding crown. Please add all photos if you can.

Raketa Kopernik - Black or Grey?

Definitely wrong winding crown on the grey one.
This one has a unique crown not seen on other watches. See the black one which is correct for what it should look like.

Cannot say exactly but grey probably has wrong crystal. Should be square. If you look from the side you need to see 3 steps: 2 are formed by the case and the last one by the crystal. Grey one looks rounded to me.

Made a silly offer on the black Kopernik and it got accepted!

Will put it on a Strapery space themed Nato when it arrives I think - unless anyone has any other suggestions?
