    Antarktida

This is the first Russian 24 hour watch. It's from the second half of the 1950's. It's a rare watch. It's believed that there were only a few hundred of these made.

    Vostok Admiralskie

This looks like the Vostok 420 case but it's larger and made of Titanium. A transitional watch. A pretty unusual watch.

Thanks for showing an other rare beast from your collection Dinkan.
From an old post, maybe only 1/3,000 Titanium case 627 were made.

    Thanks RedFroggy!

A friend made me aware of them a few years ago when he found his. He helped me find mine also.
I think the case often is mistaken for a classic 420 case but it's different. That's why you sometimes can find these rarities at very reasonable prices.
Mine was broken when I received it but another friend helped me get it going again. I don't think this watch has been used very much.
There are - at least - two other similar models. One with the Scuba dude dial and then another dial with the kosmonaut Valentina Tereshkova on the dial.

I also have the 627 Scuba Dude

I don't think I can afford the Tereshkova version

Very, very nice. Scuba dude is one of my favorite Vostoks.
I've never seen a Tereshkova dial for sale. If I did, I would probably try to buy it. If the price is reasonable.

Nice catch Watchdog! There are still nice watches out there waiting to be found. Yours looks like it's hardly been used. Very nice condition and with the cyrillic logo.

Why not show the rest of your Russian collection Watchdog? I know you've got some really nice pieces and developing projects.
Thanks for your kind words Dinkan, here comes a pic of my no date scuba dude and i will try to uppdate with some more soon.
