Hello! I have a disassembled Luch 3055 and I think the malfunction is with board. Cheked the resistors with multimeter and resistors in green circles have readings, but this one in red circle
dont have any readings. Does he also must have some readings like these two I dont know. What do you think? Any suggestions? Thank you.

Are you sure it's a resistor?
What makes you think the PCB is at fault?
Did you put an oscilloscope on it to detect the crystal frequency (a bit above 32KHz) and the 8Hz frequency on one of the IC legs ?

Comrade Miroman most likely means 22 Mega Ohm ...

With components in a circuitry you may measure different values. If you want to measure correctly, you have to disconnect the component which you like measure.

Posting video about malfunction, maybe the source of failure will be clearer. Thanks

What's the red pin and what's the black pin? A 1.5V DC power source, with red being positive and black being the negative?

If that's the case, you have the polarization the wrong way around. The battery-holder middle contact is supposed to be the negative.
