    calender making program?

Iv bin looking for a good calender making program. I noticed some photoshop programs have a calender feature. But im looking for something really good with alot of creative control, insert text in the day boxes, change font, that kind of thing.

CorelDraw. The calendar script creates a very basic (simple) page with your chosen photo and border but as a vector graphics software offers huge possibilities to add or modify anything you want. I have an older version (Corel 9), not sure if the script is still available for the newer ones. Please check first.
It comes with an additional CD with a lot of cliparts (vector graphics).
Unfortunately the bitmap processing module is very poor compared to Adobe Photoshop.

I agree - MS Publisher is as good as any.

I did 2000 calendars last year for charities and Tourist Boards using just that - it's easy, very flexible and I print my own with metal spiral spines, front and back covers etc. I have an A4 A3 spiral hole punch machine and it's easy peasy. They can also be very professional.

If you want just your images used then there are lots of calendar "we'll print your stuff" outfits all over the web, including mpix.com etc etc...

Ill have to look into that if I didnt already, sounds good.
One thing that im trying to be able to do is, fade a simple pic very white and put it on the bottom of the calendar under the days grid.

Paintshop Pro or Photoshop softwares will allow you to do whatever you want to your image, faded, white, transparent, whatever.
There are many techniques to do what you want depending on the software and merging or layering images is a pretty standard method used.
