    Flying Rainbow

So, getting ready for work this morning, I noticed a little spot of rainbow on my kitchen counter. It was light coming through a glass sculpture hanging on my window - first time I noticed it. Seeing that little stripe of color, I thought it might be fun to put it to use. I grabbed my Gallet Flying Officer and snapped a few quick photos. The rainbow didn't last long, so this was a short window of opportunity.

Also, this morning I noticed that the lume is still working! After the window shots, I walked back into my dark bedroom and happened to glance at my watch - 6:58am. Then it struck me that I could read it! I'm pretty happy that this 40+ year-old watch is doing well. My best information says it was made in 1969.

For me, every day is a new thing. I approach each project with a new insecurity, almost like the first project I ever did, and I get the sweats. I go in and start working. I'm not sure where I'm going - if I knew where I was going, I wouldn't do it. Frank Gehry

Cool watch and cool photo. It's difficult to capture something like that, good work.
